Jean is proud to be a very successful REALTOR® with 25 years of experience. She earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) in 1994 and has been a recipient of the former Million Dollar Club annually among other numerous awards. She also was awarded the 10 Year Life Member of The Million Dollar Sales Club by the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors and was named REALTOR® of the Year in 1991. Jean also received the Certificate of Achievement in Recognition of 20+ Years of Service of the Tuscaloosa Association of REALTORS® in 2005. Jean prides herself in making lifetime friends with her sellers and buyers.

Along with her award winning Real Estate career, Jean and her military retired husband, Jim Cunningham, is a longtime breeder and trainer of award winning Registered Quarter Horses. Their awesome award winning Palomino Stallion Halter Horse placed 1st in the Nation in the 3 Year Old Class of the Palomino Horse Breeders Association in 2005 and 1st Place in the Alabama Palomino Horse Breeders Association. Jean and Jim are members of the Palomino Horse Breeders Association and the American Quarter Horse Association. Jean's love and on hand experiences with horses gives her insight about ranches and farms.
